Delivery of orders

STANDARD SHIPPING - $10


The standard shipping cost is $10.
FREE on orders over $120

Please allow at least 3-5 business days to receive your order*.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - $20
The cost of express delivery is $20.
FREE for all orders over $150.

Place your order before 19:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for next-day delivery by Evri. Orders placed after 19:30 or Saturday-Sunday will be delivered on weekdays.

Please note that express delivery is not available in the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, West Cornwall, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to bank holidays (non-working days), and delivery times may be changed accordingly.

Return of product and money

Accidentally added or mixed up an item in your order? Did you notice damage to the product when checking the parcel upon receipt? We understand that misunderstandings sometimes happen. Just tell us about the problem, and we will help you resolve it quickly.

1. If upon receipt of the parcel the delivered product does not match the order, the courier or manager at the pick-up point will, at your request, pick it up and refund the payment. At the pick-up point for parcels of partner postal services and when receiving a parcel from the EU, a return is also possible, but not of individual items, but of the entire parcel.

2. If the problem is discovered later, briefly describe the situation, attach a photo or video of the product that you purchased from us and would like to return, sending an email from the address used to place the order to wixelsup@gmail.com .

If the product is not opened and the integrity of the packaging is not broken, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, even the most famous brands are not immune to production failures. If you find a defect, tell us. Our manager will offer possible solutions, and in case of exchange or return of goods, will arrange a courier visit or tell you how to send the parcel to us.

Please be sure to keep the packaging with the barcode of the goods, when contacting us, we will ask you to provide the goods themselves or goods included in the set (without damage during unpacking and use), all components and packaging of the goods with the manufacturer's barcode, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the goods from us.

Approximately within 14 days (but no more than 30 days) after receiving the parcel, we study the returned items, make a decision on returning the money to the specified account. If you did not use the card for payment, to return the funds, we will need to clarify the card number to make a return, TIN and full name of the cardholder. In addition, you will be sent a notification to the email address about the return status.

The only request: do not return to us goods purchased in another store, products that you used, as well as products for which there are no reasoned reasons for exchange or return. In all other situations, we will try to help quickly and easily arrange an exchange or return.
